Job Description

We are currently seeking detail-oriented and hardworking individuals to join our team as Detailing Crew Members at Timbo’s Detailing. The Detailing Crew Member will play a crucial role in our daily operations, assisting with interior and exterior detailing services and ensuring customer satisfaction. No prior experience is necessary – we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities

1. Assist with interior and exterior detailing services, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing vehicles to company standards.
2. Follow detailing processes and techniques as instructed by the Shop Manager or Lead Detailer to achieve high-quality results.
3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detailing shop, ensuring tools, equipment, and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
4. Collaborate with team members to complete detailing projects efficiently and effectively, supporting a positive and productive work environment.
5. Communicate with customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing questions, concerns, and requests as needed.
6. Learn and adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
7. Assist with other duties as assigned by management, including shop maintenance, inventory management, and customer service tasks.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2. Strong attention to detail and a desire to deliver high-quality work.
3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting team members and collaborating to achieve common goals.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
6. Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
